Field Services Engineering Team
At Massey Catering Equipment we have a fully trained team of experienced engineers with several members of the team over 20 years with the company. Massey Catering Equipment are able to service and repair many makes of frying range as well as other gas appliances and electrical appliances.
Our gas engineers are Gas Safe registered and fully qualified to the industry standard required by law to service frying ranges. Our customers always come first and the engineering team will resolve many issues even over the phone saving our customers time and money.
Our team of Gas Safe engineers cover services and breakdowns for our customers based all around the North and South of Ireland. We stock and carry the most commonly used spare parts and are able to supply order and supply all less common parts to all the brands of equipment that we offer.

We offer an Annual Service which is required by the majority of insurance companies for compliance and we believe that our Hewigo Fish Frying Ranges will operate at maximum performance if serviced and checked on a yearly basis ensuring our Range Equipment is even more cost efficient.
Hewigo has always promoted regular servicing. To support this we they have produced a Service Guide available to both customers and non-customers that outlines the full Hewigo servicing process. This is a 9-point initial inspection and risk assessment and a 31-point servicing procedure.
