Bakers Pride EP-1--5736 electric pizza oven, can be supplied as a single, twin or triple deck oven. Cooking chambers are fitted with Corderite hearth decks. The oven has a temperature range of 149 - 370'C. Its heavy duty construction allows a high volume of baking over many years.
