Mirror - Zone 1 Griddle
The new line of hard chrome plated griddles gas has 1 zone of cooking each 30 centimeters.
From 1 up to 4 zones, with 1 independent thermostatic valve in each zone, it reaches to 340 Cº., and with a power of 11 Kw., 9.500 Kc., 38.000 Btu., for each 30 centimeters of zone.
Up to 4 zones with 4 Thermostatic valves and a total power of 44 Kw., 38.000 Kw., 152.000 Btu.
Full stainless steel 18/10 body. Topside in alloy of mirror ultrapolish automated steel with a thickness of 18 mm., and hard chrome plated 50 microns.
Regulation with thermostatic valve, with flame control, with thermocouple and spark generation
Iron burners.
1 or 2 grease drawers with a capacity of 5 or 6 liters for each one.
Grooved plated available according to the models.
