Compas Sheeter

Compas combines our vast experience in the baking industry with state of the art technology. Its new control with colour display has been especially designed to meet the needs of today's modern bakeries.

The speed of the Compas is programmable, providing the choice of the ideal speed for every type of pastry. Standard dough can be sheeted at maximum speed, i.e. 96 cm/sec., whereas delicate dough, e.g. short, sugar, or thin dough, is preferably sheeted at a slower speed.

The machine is designed for long, continuous runs and can process dough blocks of up to 20 kilos. Compas has 50 automatic and 20 Man/Auto programs
