GN1/1 compatible Heated well with superstructure. The superstructure has variable control quartz heated gantry, curved glass screen and over shelf and glass side checks. One stainless steel shelf with quartz lights under suspended from gantry arms. The base has one element per GN1/1 size and is controlled by one thermostat. The well is 100mm deep and is designed to keep preheated food hot for assisted service.
