The MB40 is a bakery and pastry making machine. It is mainly used for kneading small and medium quantities of flour for pastries (croissants, brioches…) and special breads. The use of a simple sturdy transmission between the 3 speed motor and the planetary gearing means that it is versatile and requires little maintenance and is very durable.
